Photography Service Policies
1. Booking & Payment:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Full payment is due prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Weather-related rescheduling is allowed at the photographer’s discretion.
3. Delivery Timeline:
Edited galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Rush editing is available for an additional fee.
4. Image Rights:
Clients receive high-resolution digital images with personal usage rights.
Images may be used by the photographer for portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Edits & Revisions:
Includes standard edits (color, lighting, minor retouching).
Additional retouching requests beyond the original scope may incur extra fees.

Website Design Policies
1. Scope of Work:
All website packages come with a project proposal and quote outlining features, timeline, and deliverables.
Additional features beyond the original scope may require a new agreement.
2. Payment Schedule:
A 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion before final site transfer or publishing.
Custom packages may follow a milestone payment structure.
3. Revisions & Timeline:
Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions per design phase.
Delays in client feedback or material submission may impact the timeline.
4. Ownership & Access:
Once paid in full, the client owns the website. Designer retains the right to showcase work in their portfolio.
Ongoing maintenance is not included unless outlined in a support package.
5. Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing all content (text, images, logos) unless content creation is part of the package.
Timely responses and approvals are expected to avoid delays.
Marketing Policies
1. Onboarding & Strategy:
Clients must complete an intake form and provide access to platforms, branding assets, and goals.
Strategies are developed collaboratively and may include content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
2. Payment & Duration:
Monthly retainers are due at the start of each billing cycle.
Minimum 1-month commitment; 14-day cancellation notice required for recurring services.
3. Content Approval & Revisions:
Clients may review and request revisions before posts go live.
One round of revisions per post is included; additional revisions may be billed hourly ($20/hr).
4. Performance & Metrics:
Reports provided monthly. Engagement and growth depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed.
5. Rights & Usage:
Final content created is shared with the client for use across approved channels.
Raw files and templates remain property of the creator unless purchased separately.
